Privacy Policy

The Pantheon is operated by PhantaField Inc. This notice explains what we collect when you use thepantheon.ai, why, and who else touches it.

What we collect

• Account — when you sign in with Apple or Google we receive an identifier, your name, and an email address. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever see the relay address, and that is fine.
• Reservation — the postal address, phone number and crypto wallet address you enter at checkout, so we can deliver what your contribution entitles you to.
• Payment — the amount, currency and a Stripe reference. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach our servers.
• Analytics — Google Analytics records page views and coarse device information.

Who processes it

• Supabase — accounts and the reservation record
• Stripe — payments
• Vercel — hosting
• Google Analytics — usage measurement

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors above.

How long we keep it

A reservation is meant to outlive the person who makes it, so the record of it is kept for as long as the Pantheon exists. Everything else — analytics, session data — is kept only as long as it is useful.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Deleting your account also releases the seat it holds. Write to hello@thepantheon.ai.
